Steps #
Transfer files from your MyQuickCloud session to your local PC
- In your session, right click your file
- Click Send-to > MyQuickCloud
- Your file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder via your web browser
Transfer files from your local PC to your MyQuickCloud session
- Click and drag your file from your local PC into your MyQuickCloud session
- Your file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder on the host computer
In depth #
If you are simply trying to copy and paste text between your local PC and your MyQuickCloud session you will need to be using Google Chrome. If you are using Google Chrome and cannot copy and paste, look for the lock in the address bar at the top of the page. Click that, and ensure the dropdown next to clipboard says allow.
If you are using our desktop application you can copy and paste your files by right clicking files and choosing copy and then paste it where you want.
