An employee experience (EX) and HR technology solution provider, Applaud, has revealed how UK remote workers suffer from multiple, burdensome and unintuitive HR technology tools. Compared to office-based employees and hybrid workers, 77% of remote workers are required to use up to five different tools, compared to 69% of office-based workers.
