You may need to restart your server or remote computer if you’ve just installed something, after an update or maybe if something has just crashed or started hanging. If neither you, nor anyone else are physically in front of the host computer, you can restart it remotely using MyQuickCloud:
1. Sign in to your MyQuickCloud account here
2. Click the Computers icon on the dashboard
3. Select the computer or server you want to restart from the list
4. Click the Restart computer button and then OK to begin the restart.
Please note: restarting the host computer will log out everyone using that computer while it restarts (including anyone physically sat in front of it). So you may want to check with any other users before restarting in case they lose any unsaved work.
