General Terms and Conditions

Data Sharing

By confirming that you have been referred to MQC by a referral partner you agree to the following:

Sharing of the following data with the referral partner:

* Name
* Email address
* MQC Account status

You agree that the referral partner may contact you using the above information in reference to your MQC account.

Should you not wish to share the information above, do not add your account to the referral partner by clicking cancel and continuing without adding the referral code

Reward

Your account will qualify for a credit if it abides by the following requirements:

• Your account is linked to a referral partner
• You successfully pay for a MQC subscription
• The subscription is still valid after 30 days from the payment date (not cancelled and valid payment method on file)
• The payment is not refunded or a chargeback filed

This credit can only be used against your subscription and cannot be withdrawn in cash or any other method.

The credit is automatically applied to your account once you have successfully paid your first invoice and will be used against your second subscription renewal.

Payments will resume the third subscription renewal.
