Company’s background – Turkoise Resorts International has transformed itself from one brand and one resort in the Caribbean to become a well-known hospitality company with multiple resorts around the world.
Business challenge – Turkoise Resorts started expanding with multiple locations around the world. Each location managed independently with no centralization of the information. Each location was communicating with the central headquarter in the Caribbean via email, making communication and transfer of data unreliable.
