Making Changes to Your Subscription and Updating Your Payment Method #

You can make changes to update your subscription and payment method at any time (adding or removing users or computers) by following these steps:

How to update your subscription #

  1. Go to https://myquickcloud.com/login/ and click Lets Connect then log in to your account with your username and password.
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Subscription Details
  4. A summary of your current subscription will appear, click “Modify” to make changes.
  5. Use + and – to amend your subscription as needed then click continue.
  6. You will see a summary/confirmation of your subscription, if everything is OK click Confirm & Proceed (If you need to change your payment method you can also do that at this stage by clicking Change Payment Method)

Your subscription has now been updated

How to update your payment method #

  1. Go to https://myquickcloud.com/login/ and click Lets Connect then log in to your account with your username and password.
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Billing and Payment Information
  4. Click Update
  5. Choose Card or PayPal
  6. Enter the new card information or PayPal details and click Continue

Your payment method has now been updated
